The whole staff was attentive. We had the twin room and it was silent with breakfast.

Staff is welcoming and you can park your car beneath the hotel. The services are exemplary, including a nice pool. There's great parking available and good internet too. The location is central, very close to the downtown and Metro Station on airport line. Bonfim is a district that deserves exploring.

The location is perfect, because it is quite close to the most touristy area, without the fuss. In 10 minutes walking you are in Rua Santa Catarina and surroundings. I had read that there were homeless people in the area, but being true, I say that there is no danger at all. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and you don't hear a sound. The swimming pool is ideal for getting there from walking around all day and relaxing a bit by watching the sunset from its windows, as you can see the sun going down perfectly. They leave you the towels at reception and access is free until 9pm, just enough to take a shower and go back out for dinner. The breakfast is quite complete and very adapted to all kinds of cultures. The staff is very attentive, and although there was a lot of hustle and bustle of organized trips they organize it so that not many people get together, so being a hotel with many floors, for example, in the elevator you usually don't wait long, because it is also very fast.
To put it bluntly, I'd say that if you don't take half board and you want to stay for dinner some night at the hotel (normal if you've walked a lot during the day), buffet is a bit expensive, although the kids don't pay and food is good. There were works in the street where the hotel is and getting there was a bit of a mess, that doesn't depend on them. Without works the access from the motorway coming from Guimaraes is very good, perfect exit to go towards Galicia.

breakfast service is wide, everyone could find something tasty.
althrough I reserved a non smoking room. I get a smoking one. I didn't try to change because it was too much of repacking, but such a mistakes are quite painful for radical non-smoker. :)

Located a little off city center, with construction around, was a little different from our expectation

Location to the city, clean, fast lifts.
Facitities weren't advertised correctly. No mention that you had to pay for the pool & no minibar as advertised just an empty fridge.

It is very nice hotel. Breakfast is just great, for every taste and color! The room is very comfortable, its own parking. We were satisfied. It's a long way from the center from all the sights and restaurants, but we understood that. There is convenient taxi call system,
I didn't like the spa area. Dear managers. this is not a spa at all. It's a good pool, but that's where the upside ends. Two saunas are very bad. The Finnish sauna doesn't keep the temperature above 60 degrees. Even the baby wasn't hot there. In Hamam you can only be there when the steam is turned on. In the autumn. it's not a hammam at all.

I can recommend the Superior twin room on the 17th floor (minibar and parking included), it worth the price and has the best panorama in Porto.

Nice staff and good breakfast
My room was very cold. The air conditioning unit made too much noise so had to turn it off. Fortunately there were blankets in the wardrobe I could use. The decor was a bit dated for a hotel that opened 5/6 years ago making it feel old and tired
